ASPIRE to Excellence® Standards Course
This three-part course provides a detailed summary of the ASPIRE to Excellence® standards for 2024.
Part 1 addresses the Assess the Environment, Set Strategy, and Persons Served and Other Stakeholders— Obtain Input areas of the ASPIRE to Excellence framework. Modules highlight leadership's role in driving and supporting positive service outcomes and quality improvement, strategic planning that supports organizational stability and responsiveness to an evolving service environment, and utilization of feedback from persons served and other stakeholders to create services that meet or exceed their expectations.
Part 2 addresses the Implement the Plan area of the ASPIRE framework. Modules in this course focus on planning related to the legal and regulatory environment, sound fiscal practices, risk management strategies, maintaining a healthy and safe environment, development of a workforce aligned with strategic objectives, supportive and effective technology systems, promoting the rights of persons served, and removal of barriers to services for persons served.
Part 3 focuses on the Review Results and Effect Change areas of the ASPIRE framework. Content supports the development of a successful performance measurement and management system that allows an organization to monitor its performance against indicators and targets and translate information into focused actions that support performance improvement.
